1. Digital Products Policy
JsonPrompts.in provides immediate digital access to AI prompt libraries and templates. Due to the nature of digital content, which can be viewed and copied instantly upon access, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been accessed or credits have been used.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You have the full right to cancel your subscription at any time.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel directly from your profile dashboard under "Subscription Settings" or by contacting support.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops all future billing. You will retain access to your plan features and remaining credits until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused credits.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds in the following rare cases at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate charges due to a technical error.
- Service unavailability for an extended period (more than 24 hours).
